All coaching sessions and interviews are scheduled on the SkillCycle platform. To access sessions log into app.skillcycle.com
🧭 Accessing your session or interview
5 Minutes before your session is scheduled to start, a Join Session/Interview button will become active. It will remain active throughout the scheduled duration of the session, should you need to rejoin.
Here is where you'll find the Join button for sessions and interviews:
On your Home page, under What's Next > Keep Track of Your Program Sessions
On your Home page, under My Guides - if it is an actual coaching/mentoring session, not an interview, after you've selected your coach/mentor
On your Development page, under Up Next
🎦Starting the session or interview
You will be prompted to grant the browser permissions to access your camera and microphone. Select "allow".
Once you are in the session, you will have the opportunity to confirm which camera and microphone you want to use.
If you have technical difficulties with audio or your camera, this resource may be able to help.
🔍 Troubleshooting Session Access Issues
If you cannot locate your session link, try the following steps:
Double-check navigation areas: Ensure you have checked both the What's Next/Keep track of your program sessions section on the Home page and the Development page. If you're looking for a session, don't forget to check the My Guides section.
Report visibility issues: If essential sections like Keep track of your program sessions or My Guides do not appear on your dashboard, consider contacting SkillCycle support for assistance.
