You will have access to their email address from the meeting invite in your SkillCycle-specfic email and calendar. You also have access to message your coachee directly from the platform. You can find this on your "My Coachees" page underneath the coachee's name - there is a link to 'Contact [Coachee name]".
If you decide to email them directly, please only use your SkillCycle-specific email address.
