Our goal is to make sure you work with the coach who is going to be the best match for you. We do our best to avoid needing to change coaches with our coach interview process. We always want our coachees to feel connected to who they are working with. This is why we encourage you to interview 3 coaches prior to making your final selection: the interviews are where you build trust and rapport.

Know that the coaches want you to work with the best coach for you as well! It is everyone’s goal, because your success is important to us.

If you choose a coach after your interviews, and you find that it isn’t a match, we can help you find a coach that is a better fit - just message us using the Support feature on the platform. This doesn’t happen often, and we are confident that you will find the right partner!
