Coaching Sessions: We require our coaches to follow a strict code of ethics, which means anything that you discuss with your coach is confidential and will not be shared with your organization.

You can access the Coach and Coachee Agreement within the Resources section of your program, or access here: Coachee and Coach Agreement April 2023 (1) (1).pdf

Anything not excluded below will remain between you and your coach, so you should feel comfortable sharing openly in your session.

Surveys and Assessments: Individual responses to surveys (onboarding survey, 360s, engagement surveys, etc.) will only be seen by SkillCycle. Aggregated and/or anonymized responses may be shared with coach(es) and/or your organization.

Exceptions to confidentiality:

  1. Information may be requested of a Coach and/or member by SkillCycle and Company during or post-engagement to determine accountability, engagement and growth. The information could include general coaching metrics and feedback around coaching sessions, goals, and key performance indicators.

  2. If/when a member provides feedback around the SkillCycle experience, SkillCycle has the right to use feedback in whatever format they see fit. Initials may be used as well as industry or company, but full name will not. Examples of usage could include: marketing collateral, sales content, testimonials on public or private websites, newsletters, etc

  3. Member agrees that their Coach, if they have one, may be engaged in training or continuing education which requires the coachee name, contact information, and number of sessions for potential verification by the ICF.
